Collection: Seal Carriers

The seal carrier holds the driveshaft seal and carbon ring assembly in position at the bulkhead. It is the part that keeps everything concentric — and when it is worn, cracked, or corroded, the seal it holds cannot do its job no matter how new the seal is.

If you have replaced a carbon seal and still have water intrusion, inspect the carrier. Look for corrosion pitting on the sealing face, cracks around the mounting holes, and any distortion that would let the seal sit off-axis.

We stock seal carriers for Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki PWC. Replace the carrier and the seal together when either is questionable — the labor is identical and you only want to open the hull once.
