Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at pwcsuperstore@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number by email. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package — items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged in transit), the restocking fee is waived and we will cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items: Electrical components (once removed from packaging), special-order or custom items, and items showing signs of installation or use cannot be returned.
Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at pwcsuperstore@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
