Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging.
To start a return, click the button below. You'll be asked for your order number and email address. Once your request is submitted, we'll review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.
Important: Do not return items to the address on your original package. The correct return address will be included in your approval email.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).
Non-returnable items: Electrical components (once removed from packaging), special-order or custom items, and items showing signs of installation or use.
