Fuel Filters

Fuel filters for Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki personal watercraft. Cheap, fast to change, and one of the most commonly skipped maintenance items on a jet ski.

A restricted filter starves the engine under load. The signature symptom is a ski that idles and cruises fine but falls flat at wide-open throttle, or one that runs well for a few minutes then loses power as the filter blocks up. Riders often chase this as an ignition or carb problem for weeks before checking a filter.

Replace annually as part of normal service, and sooner on any ski that has taken on bad fuel or sat with a partial tank through a season. Change it alongside your fuel lines if the lines are original — they age at the same rate.
