Replacement cylinders and cylinder kits for PWC engines. When a cylinder is scored past what boring can clean up, a replacement cylinder is often faster and cheaper than sleeving the original.
Cylinder kits typically pair the cylinder with a matched piston and rings, which takes the guesswork out of sizing — everything arrives matched to spec rather than measured and ordered separately.
Before ordering, find out what damaged the original. Water ingestion, a lean condition, or a failed wear ring letting debris through will do exactly the same thing to a new cylinder. Fix the cause, then fix the cylinder.
