Piston Rings

Replacement piston rings for PWC engines, available in standard and oversize to match your bore. Rings are the seal between combustion and the crankcase — when they wear, you lose compression, gain blow-by, and burn oil.

Like pistons, rings must match the actual bore size. Confirm what your cylinder was bored to before ordering; a ring set that is even one oversize step off is useless.

Signs your rings are done: hard starting, low or uneven compression across cylinders, visible blow-by, and a top end that has simply lost the power it used to make. If you are replacing rings without replacing pistons, inspect the ring lands and piston skirts carefully first — new rings in a worn piston is a short-lived repair.
