Collection: Jet Pump
Everything inside the pump, in one place. The jet pump is where most PWC performance problems end up — loss of top speed, cavitation, vibration, growling bearings, and even overheating usually trace back to a worn component in this assembly.
This category covers impellers, wear rings, impeller shafts, bearing housings, carbon seals, nose cones, seal carriers, jet pump repair kits, and complete pump assemblies for Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki personal watercraft.
If you are diagnosing rather than shopping: high RPM with low speed points at the wear ring or impeller. A growl that changes pitch with engine speed points at pump bearings. Water in the hull after a ride usually means the carbon seal. Vibration under acceleration is often a bent or unbalanced impeller, or a driveshaft problem upstream of the pump.
Rebuilding a pump is a manageable job with the right parts on the bench. Order your seals and o-rings along with the wear component — nothing wastes a weekend faster than having the pump apart and waiting on a four-dollar o-ring.
