Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the following business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to all 50 US states only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Some orders ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate packages, each with their own tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error. Start a return here.
Can I return electrical parts?
No — electrical components cannot be returned once removed from packaging.
Parts & Compatibility
How do I know if a part fits my PWC?
Use the Year/Make/Model selector on our site to filter parts for your specific machine. If you're still unsure, email us at pwcsuperstore@gmail.com with your Year, Make, and Model and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
Are these OEM or aftermarket parts?
We carry both OEM-spec and high-quality aftermarket parts from trusted brands. Product listings note the manufacturer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at pwcsuperstore@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we'll do our best.
